Chancery Abstracts
Greater Atlantic Legal Services provides detailed, dependable abstracts of Mortgage and Tax Foreclosures, as well as other Chancery Actions.
Copies of relevant pleadings are included with every abstract.
There are no fluctuations in price for these services, so there is no mystery involved in your costs.
All Abstracts are priced at $165.00 if ordered through the Greater Atlantic website.
Certificates of Regularity
Greater Atlantic Legal Services, Inc. has a long standing relationship with many of New Jersey's finest law firms. We review pleadings in Mortgage and In Personam Tax Foreclosures from commencement to conclusion of the case. At the conclusion of your case we issue our Certificate of Regularity - all for the set price of $240.00 billed in three stages as the file progresses. Greater Atlantic Legal Services, Inc. also reviews, files pleadings and issues Certificates of Regularity for In Rem Tax Foreclosure actions. Our fee schedule for In Rem actions is $200.00 for up to ten schedules and an additional $10.00 per schedule thereafter.We handle the following certificate services:
- Service of Notices to State ($20)
- Writes of Execution and Possession (unless included with Final Judgment Package) ($25)
- Orders for Additional Sums ($25)
- Pre Publication Review of Notices to Absent Defendants and Certifications of Inquiry ($25)
