Conditions of Sale:

1. Subject to tenancies, rights of occupants and the terms and conditions of existing leases.
2. Subject to easements, covenants and restrictions of record.
3. Subject to conditions that an accurate survey and physical inspection of the property would reveal.
4. Subject to any unpaid taxes, municipal liens or other charges, and any such taxes, charges, liens, insurance premiums or other advances made by plaintiff prior to this sale.
5. Subject to any liens and encumbrances prior to the mortgage/tax lien being foreclosed in this action.
6. Subject to federal, state and municipal ordinances, statutes and regulations, including zoning ordinances and prior regulatory approvals and the conditions contained therein.
7. Subject to the USA's right of redemption, if applicable.
